I am playing an elven ranger in a 5e game. Being new to 5e I was disappointed in my magic ability. Kier said the ranger skills were determinative in 5e. This is disappointing to me because I see all elves as magic users first. Still, he's a hell of an archer.

We have family game in 5e tonight. I posted about it in the 5e group. We recently had a special family game with Wendy DMing for her first time. We went through an enchanted forest and then fought our way into an abandoned castle. Wendy is 9.
