The active player places their token between to randomized actions. Players who have tokens previously placed on the same spot also get to do those actions. Everyone begins with white tokens as well which allows the player to do each action twice when placed , but won't activate in later turns.

Can't say I fully understand but I do like that you get to do actions even when it's not your turn. Like Settlers Of Catan. It keeps the interest going as opposed to, "Ok, now I finished my turn and all I get to do is wait while everyone else takes a turn."
