For an opening topic this week I am turning to "The Wizard and the Djinn", a setup for a D&D one off that I wrote almost 2 years ago.

I don't really write modules. I do a setup, then goals, and I try to have assets ready, like pregens, NPCs, monster stats, maps, and pictures, to keep the gameflow smooth. I think it's more fun if the PCs determine the arc of the quest with their decisions in game.

So, we can chat about this awhile and then move right along to your favorite prepared or unprepared topic.

And I found some acorn illustrations for "The Story of Mister MistMeister and his Many Transformations". I think I've got everything I need but we'll see when I do the layout. In addition to my blog post I'm going to do a PDF file that will print a pamphlet with all the text and illustrations.
